801 S. Grand Ave., Los Angeles - Project was a “condo conversion” in downtown Los Angeles.  Scope consisted of gutting out all floors from the 22nd floor thru the 12th floor. Each floor was over 18,000 sf of fully built out space; G.D. Heil was responsible for bringing all of these floors to a shell condition.  Special items of demolition were the wall sawing in the core walls through an 18” thick concrete as well as in the elevator shafts of the building.   Client: CIM Group

Kilroy Realty, 909 Sepulveda, El Segundo - Stripped out over 200,000 square feet of tenant improvements on nine floors of a high rise office building. Contract included identification and safe-off of utilities.

Warner Brothers Music, Burbank - Demolition of several floors in two high end office buildings. Work completed at night or on weekends to accommodate tenants on other floors.

Valencia Town Center - Stripout “ten-plex” theaters and food court for mall conversion. Includes removal of significant portions of the building slab, roof and structural steel framework. Work completed in two major phases.
